Responsibilities
Assist in the construction of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)

Requirements
Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Typical Work Day at ACEM:
Create multimedia content for ACEM.
Assist in production planning for short- and long-term video projects.
Create custom images, graphics, and animations for in-app and social media.
Keep up with latest trends in storytelling, video production, social media and sports.
Work efficiently to meet very tight deadlines (newsroom environment).

Requirements:
Experience with Non-Linear Editing Software (After Effects, Premiere and/or Final Cut Pro).

Knowledge of design principles: including color, layout, and hierarchy.

Take the design “brief” to record requirements and clients’ needs
Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval
Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc.

Make and test adjustments to the algorithm we use to choose the best math questions to ask
Create internal tools to help us build content for millions of students
Work cross-functionally with an agile team including Product, UX & Design, Development, and QA

Perform unit and integration testing before launch
Conduct functional and non-functional testing
Troubleshoot and debug applications
Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features
